Tin Foil Hat? Maybe… maybe not.

This is the story of OKC as told to you by the same truth-tellers behind the Benghazi story and Brian Williams and the Comey-Lynch tarmac meeting, and if you have questions about any part of their story you are a paranoid, wingnut, birther-truther-tenther-prepper conspiracy loon who should feel guilty for having been born.

On the morning of April 19, 1995, a decorated Gulf War combat vet blew up the federal building in Oklahoma City using a truck bomb that he didn’t build in a Ryder truck that he didn’t rent with the help of a passenger who didn’t exist.

Having just gotten away with the largest act of terrorism on U.S. soil to date the Fort Bragg-trained Special Forces  “dropout” blended in with the crowd by making his getaway in a car without a license plate and was immediately pulled over.

The ATF was the supposed target of the attack, but luckily all of their agents were out of the office that morning.

Later that day the president boldly declared “we will find the people who did this” and “when we do, justice will be swift, certain and severe” except for John Doe #2, who, according to the FBI, never existed.

In McVeigh’s unprecedented three and a half week trial the prosecution didn’t show the CCTV footage of him (and John Doe #2) parking the Ryder truck, didn’t explain why 24 separate witnesses mass hallucinated the existence of John Doe #2, didn’t explain why the government was testing truck bombs and the army was storing Ryder trucks at Camp Gruber right before the bombing, and didn’t talk to the FBI informants who blew the whistle on the plot, but they did collaborate with the CIA and they did convict McVeigh as the lone wolf bomber and Terry Nichols as his bomb constructing accomplice.

The FBI claims to have lost the footage showing McVeigh (and John Doe #2) parking the truck in front of the Murrah Building that morning, but that’s understandable because the Bureau has a lot of important evidence to store.

Terry Nichols insists the FBI was involved in the plot but thankfully a judge saved us the trouble of listening to him by preventing lawyers from deposing him.

There was a bomb squad truck parked across the street 2 hours before the blast, but that just shows the authorities were prepared for anything.

And “someone called the executive secretary’s office at the Justice Department in Washington and said the Murrah building had been bombed…but this was 24 minutes before the blast.” But that just shows the public was unusually vigilant that morning.

If you love baseball, fluffy kittens, hot dogs, Barbie, Star Wars and freedom, you will never ever bring up any of these points ever again. Ever.

Just remember: “Then the face of Big Brother faded away again and instead the three slogans of the Party stood out in bold capitals:

WAR IS PEACE
FREEDOM IS SLAVERY
IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH.”
George Orwell

War is peace-freedom is slavery-ignorance is strength

Insanity

“The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” We seem to be making the same decisions getting the same results over and over and over.

Straight jacket

I wrote this a year ago. In 12 months, little has changed.

My generation’s war was Vietnam. At the time we were told that we needed to “fight them over there or we would be fighting them over here”. We were also told that it was a matter of supporting democracy and winning hearts and minds. Eventually, America got tired and walked away.

For the past 40 years we have been involved, in one way or another, in the Middle East. Recently we have been informed that to “defeat ISIS” we have reinserted Army Rangers and a Marine expeditionary unit.

Until we make our borders secure, until we can screen every immigrant, why bother going overseas and killing people who might (big MIGHT) someday come here and hurt our citizens.

We interfere in other peoples affairs when we would not tolerate it in our own neighborhood by a foreign government.

When will Americas government stop being arrogant and thinking we know what is best for everyone else in the world a lot of people will stop hating us as much.

Meanwhile we treat our vets to substandard treatment while shipping millions overseas fixing things that we broke.

TPTB that sell us on the Military Adventurism don’t care about our Marines, Sailors and Soldiers lives, all they care about is either distracting from something or covering their economic behinds.

Albert Einstein is quoted as saying; “The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.” We seem to be making the same decisions getting the same results over and over and over.

Therefore; by definition, as a nation we are insane.

Casus Belli

The pretexts for most wars, when examined, are usually, at best, flimsy. If that is so why would otherwise “sane” leaders go to armed conflict, (it is no longer politically correct to call it war.)?

CasusBelli

He messed with the H.R.E. – Casus Belli.
Shattered Stability – Casus Belli.
Prussia, Denmark, France – This is a call to arms!
England stood no chance – This is a call to arms!
But we couldn’t be happier, now that he attacked,
We have Casus Belli!note

— “Casus Belli”, Europa Universalis IV: The Musical
war coming soon
The leaders of two countries want to go to war. Not for a silly reason, but due to anything from good old fashioned jingoism, greed, political/economic/religious differences, or a simple historical grudge. However, they can’t just out and out declare war, that would be uncivilized! And more importantly, it would make them look bad to the international community, which isn’t good politics.
So instead they will wait for or manufacture a Pretext for War out of whatever should come their way.
One interesting and ironic variant is when hardline elements from both sides will collaborate to stage a high profile assassination or other incident to kickstart a war, proving just how well they work together to achieve their goals despite hating each other’s guts. This one is especially common when one or both nations have a Reasonable Authority Figure as a head of state, since it can force their hand to war, or if they’re the assassination target, get them out of the picture and make them an unwitting martyr.
False Flag Operation is one of the classical moves too, and almost a Twentieth Century theme song.
Since wars of aggression have technically been banned, you’ll find that “False Flags” are a lot more common today than they were previously, since both sides are at pains to show that the other side started it.
As a result, the history of many a 20th-century war reads like a really, really  Idiotic “Fawlty Towers” Plot.
“Civilized” countries have more or less always deemed it improper to declare war on your neighbors “because we want your stuff” or “because we feel like it;  even an aggressive war would have to have some kind of triggering incursion, insult, or violation behind it.
How about “We must go to war to remove a tyrant who is using weapons against his own people”? Or, perhaps; “We must punish the terrorists who are threatening us with nuclear destruction”, (even though the country in question has the capability of the little nation in the movie “The Mouse that Roared)?
The pretexts for most wars, when examined, are usually, at best, flimsy. If that is so why would otherwise “sane” leaders go to armed conflict, (it is no longer politically correct to call it war.)?
The above statement is asking the wrong question. A more appropriate question would be; “Who would somehow profit from this war? Arms manufacturers are often mentioned but considering the interconnectedness of government contracts and the beneficiaries of them, it comes down to more than manufacturers of those “evil” black rifles.
The corporations, (and the elite owners), that incite these wars are not interested in what happens to people, or the economy of particular countries, (since most are international in scope and ownership). It is not exclusively about increasing wealth, although wealth increase is a salubrious by-product of war.
In the end, it is about power. Who has it? Who wields it? Who are the controllers and who are the controlled?
Scripture says:
“And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.”
–Matthew 24:6
While this may be an accurate statement, it is probably more useful to look at who is beating the war drums and ask the question, (in Latin): Ubi est mia? (Where’s mine?).

Foxes Guarding The Hen House

It is now reported that long-time Clinton operative Sidney Blumenthal was feeding information to the MI-6 operative Steele, who was working with Fusion GPS, who was hired and paid by the Clinton Campaign and the Democratic National Committee to create a political opposition dossier on candidate Donald Trump. Some money was filtered through, (laundered by), the Perkins, Coie law firm that originally came from a lobbyist in DC who got it from his client, a Russian national.

Confused yet?

With the Senate Criminal Referral to the FBI things are getting “curiouser and curiouser” in the swamp.

Some money was filtered through, (laundered by), the Perkins, Coie law firm that originally came from a lobbyist in DC who got it from his client, a Russian national.

Confused yet?

This spurious political hit piece was originally couriered over to the FBI by Senator John McCain, (R?- Arizona). At this point it is unknown where Sen McCain got his hands on it. The FBI used this “salacious”, (then FBI Director Comey‘s word), dossier as the basis for petitioning a FISA court to allow surveillance of a United States national, Carter Paige and thereby the political campaign of candidate Donald Trump.

The FBI, in the application for the first FISA warrant and in at least three subsequent extensions to it, failed to inform the court of the political nature of the basis for their request.

In tomorrows’ blog, I will break down in outline fashion who did what and I will attempt to illustrate the “why”.

Bottom line here is that the WAS collusion with Russian persons to influence the 2016 presidential election… but that collusion was not involved with persons from the Trump camp.

Rodding Out the DC Sewer

There was essentially no oversight on any activity happening inside the NSD.

So it might not be so coincidental the players used on the DOJ side of “Operation Trump” (Bruce Ohr, John Carlin, etc.) all seem to come from within the National Security Division.

FBI Personnel tree

David Laufman was the Department of Justice, National Security Division, Deputy Asst. Attorney General in charge of counterintelligence, cyber security, counterespionage and export controls.

Laufman would have been involved and hold knowledge of the FISA “Title-1” surveillance program initiated on target Carter Page and the “incidental” Trump campaign officials. Laufman would also have close contact with former Asst. Deputy Attorney Bruce Ohr; husband of Fusion GPS employee Nellie Ohr.

Additionally, as a result of his specific responsibilities David Laufman would also have been involved in any FARA investigations of General Mike Flynn (Turkish lobbying), and/or Paul Manafort (Ukraine lobbying); and had access to FISA-702(16)(17) database use for incidental surveillance and subsequent unmasking etc.

After President Trump won the election, Attorney General Jeff Sessions reversed the prior position of Sally Yates who was keeping the DOJ National Security Division free from Inspector General Horowitz oversight. Now the DOJ-NSD has direct oversight, the officials within the DOJ-NSD have come down with a severe case of sunlight aversion.

Responding to a 2015 request by the DOJ Office of Inspector General, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates told the internal watchdog they could not investigate the National Security Division.

There was essentially no oversight on any activity happening inside the NSD.

So it might not be so coincidental the players used on the DOJ side of “Operation Trump” (Bruce Ohr, John Carlin, etc.) all seem to come from within the National Security Division.

Their desperation seems to have gone even to the extent of misleading the FISA court on the validity of the underlying documents. The DOJ/FBI ‘small group’ really seemed quite desperate to gain that FISA Title-1 surveillance authority…

From the Strzok texts: “…. they really, really needed it:”
…”I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy’s office — that there’s no way he gets elected — but I’m afraid we can’t take that risk. It’s like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you’re 40″…

Considering that mounting evidence, does this March 2017 interview with former Obama administration official Evelyn Farkas (Deputy Asst. Secretary of Defense), appearing on MSNBC, make more sense now?

“I was urging my former colleagues, and, and frankly speaking the people on the Hill [Democrat politicians], it was more actually aimed at telling the Hill people, get as much information as you can – get as much intelligence as you can – before President Obama leaves the administration.”

“Because I had a fear that somehow that information would disappear with the senior [Obama] people who left; so it would be hidden away in the bureaucracy, um, that the Trump folks – if they found out HOW we knew what we knew about their, the Trump staff, dealing with Russians – that they would try to compromise those sources and methods; meaning we no longer have access to that intelligence.”

“So I became very worried because not enough was coming out into the open and I knew that there was more. We have very good intelligence on Russia; so then I had talked to some of my former colleagues and I knew that they were also trying to help get information to the Hill. That’s why you had the leaking”…

The Department of Justice’s own Inspector General, Michael Horowitz, was previously not allowed to investigate anything that happened within the NSD branch of the Department of Justice.

According to the Washington Post, David Laufman resigned effective yesterday, Wednesday February 7th when he said farewell to colleagues. He cited personal reasons.

My opinion is that he personally wanted to avoid criminal charges.

Who Watches the Watchers?

This sort of toying with public records is among one of the many violations of the public trust by our government aided and abetted by their main-stream media allies.

Strzok Obstruction memo

There’s an important but little-noticed subtext in the revelations about  FBI misconduct in the investigations into Hillary Clinton’s email practices and Donald Trump’s Russia associations.

Routine obstruction of public records laws by federal officials.

The records that federal agencies generate while in our employ aren’t owned by faceless bureaucrats or political officials who can choose to withhold or disclose at their discretion and convenience. The records are owned by us: the public. That includes text messages.

In the past two decades as communications via email, smart phones and social media have grown routine.

There’s evidence that federal officials have consciously devised ways to thwart public records laws and keep their communications — our records — secret.

Federal officials have used private email accounts, private servers and aliases (not their own name) for public business. They have deleted or lost messages that are supposed to be saved.

And they have learned to use text messaging.

In an exchange released by the Senate Homeland Security committee, FBI officials Lisa Page and Peter Strzok seem to discuss this very issue in private texts.
“Page: Have a meeting with turgal about getting iphone in a day or so”

Strzok: Oh hot damn. . . We get around our security/monitoring issues?

Page: “No, he’s proposing that we just stop following them. Apparently the requirement to capture texts came from [Office of Management and Budget], but we’re the only org (I’m told) who is following that rule. His point is, if no one else is doing it why should we. . . I’m told – thought I have seen – that there is an IG report that says everyone is failing. But one has changed anything, so why not just join in the failure.”

It’s a shockingly cavalier attitude from an attorney and high level FBI official.

There are more text messages between Strzok and Page from a critical time period, as we now know, that the FBI claimed had been lost in a technical glitch. After that became public, the Inspector General said he was able to recover them. (Interesting that the FBI couldn’t.)

Where are all those text messages now? Instead of providing them directly to Congress, the Inspector General is giving the recovered text messages to the Department of Justice which then can give them to Congress (after any bad actors theoretically implicated in the texts have time to mount a defense).

This is just one example of a huge problem that also includes federal agencies routinely violating Freedom of Information Act law.

They’ve twisted the law on its head, using it to obstruct and delay the release of obviously public information. They filter legitimate public records through political reviews before releasing them. This process  isn’t  allowed under Freedom of Information law.

Documents released years after they should have been, when the news related to them had died down, reveal that during the Department of Justice’s Fast and Furious scandal—where federal agents were instructed to allow thousands of weapons to be trafficked to Mexican drug cartels—public records officials were told to forward any Freedom of Information Act requests were withheold under the guise of “coordination.”

“Recently requests have been made to multiple components for certain records pertaining to Project Gunrunner, an ATF initiative,” a Department of Justice information official wrote to various agencies and officials on May 20, 2011, including DEA, the Attorney General’s office, the Marshal’s Service, the FBI and the Inspector General. “You should contact me directly before proceeding, and as soon as possible…Similarly, you should contact me if you receive a request from Sharyl Attkisson.”
This process ensured that Attkisson, a reporter, did not receive lawful responses to Freedom of Information requests on Fast and Furious.

This sort of toying with public records is among one of the many violations of the public trust by our government aided and abetted by their main-stream media allies. The newly-released text messages further that view, but there appears to be no serious effort to remedy it.

This has happened too many times regarding too many issues. Stonewalling, blocking of information, obvious obstruction of judicial process and abuse under the color of authority on the part of too many in the government in furtherance of political agendas. Deflection, failure to report facts, purposeful disinformation and enabling on the part of a largely complicit media.

The question must be asked: “Who’s watching the watchers?”

Dead Reckoning

Originally, authorities announced that Lesin died from a heart attack. However, the results of his autopsy released months later indicated a far more sinister cause of death and the heavily redacted FBI documents that were just released add to that story.

In November 2015, it was reported that Mikhail Lesin, the former head of media affairs for the Russian government, and the founder of Russia Today (RT), was found dead in the hotel room that he was staying at in Washington DC.

Originally, authorities announced that Lesin died from a heart attack. However, the results of his autopsy released months later indicated a far more sinister cause of death and the heavily redacted FBI documents that were just released add to that story.

The documents, detailing the FBI investigation into Lesin’s death were just released last Saturday morning in spite of the investigation ending in October of 2016.

In spite of the original cause of death noted as a heart attack, a few months later, the District of Colombia’s Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) and Metropolitan Police Department said that “blunt force injuries of the neck, torso, upper extremities and lower extremities” contributed to Lesin’s death.

autopsy report page 2autopsy report page 2

“The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) has released the cause and manner of death for Mikhail Lesin… Cause of Death: blunt force injuries of the head,” the statement said.

Essentially, all other information in regards to the findings of Lesin’s death has been scrubbed from the documents as the remaining pages are almost entirely redacted.
Not only did the US remain tight-lipped on the investigation but they also refused to allow Russian authorities to cooperate.
As RT reports, back in 2016, months before the closing of the case, Moscow said it was expecting Washington to explain why Russia had not received any details from the probe into Lesin’s death, despite repeated requests.

The original announcement of the heart attack back in November 2015 makes this case all the more ominous considering the fact that the medical examiner’s office also said Lesin’s body had blunt force trauma to the neck, torso, arms and legs too. How did authorities overlook his wounds?

A case of blunt force trauma suicide caused by drunkenly throwing himself repeatedly to the ground until he was dead? I would think he would have lost consciousness first. Must have been one very determined Russki!

With recent revelations that some in the FBI hierarchy ordered field agents to alter their 302’s (incident reports), it is disturbing but not surprising that “something” here doesn’t smell quite right. Another case of Arkanscide perhaps?

Analysis of the FISA memo

it is my opinion that the DOJ, FBI and the DNC colluded and conspired to rig a national presidential election in favor of Hillary Clinton

FBSpy

I like to do my own research and draw my own conclusions. Sometimes you need to defer to someone who has a better working knowledge of the situation. the information contained in the following link  is the Analysis from an intelligence professional

Here is the excerpted conclusion he draws:

“In conclusion, it is my opinion that the DOJ, FBI and the DNC colluded and conspired to rig a national presidential election in favor of Hillary Clinton, and paid a former foreign intelligence agent (if there is such a thing as a “former” intelligence agent) to assist. I suspected this was the case, as many Americans did. The difference here is that we have it documented by the People’s representatives and released for public viewing.

I’m not sure what consequences will come of this, if any, but please continue preparing for what may come. The Deep State is actively working to increase it’s power and influence. This is a war. As Bracken would say, “act accordingly”.

The winds of change

“What has prompted the sudden flurry or resignations of “high-profile” actors between October 2017 and December 2017?”

000000000Winds-of-change

Suddenly, after the FBI Director had the opportunity of reviewing the House Intelligence Committee memo, Andrew McCabe has been “removed” from his post as deputy director. Happenstance? Coincidence?

There have been rumblings that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, (who was responsible, according to reports for extending the surveillance of Donald Trumps’ campaign), is also mentioned in the memo and soon will also be on his way out the door.

The House Intelligence Committee on Monday voted along straight party lines, with all Democrats voting “NO” to release the memo in question. The President has five days to object, but reports are the memo will come out soon… perhaps very soon.

President Trump’s recent executive order has declared a “national emergency” as a declaration of war against all forms of crime – not just human trafficking and human rights abuses.

The question then becomes; “What has prompted the sudden flurry or resignations of “high-profile” private sector persons between October 2017 and December 2017?” “Did they have advance warning that “something” was about to go down?” “What, if anything, do they have in common?”

What do they have in common? Clinton Foundation? John Podesta? Exploitation of personally identifiable data stolen by the rogue C.I.A.? Pedophilia? Money laundering? Drug and child sex trafficking? Murderous satanic rituals? Patent theft?

This Executive Order may very well be an avenue for anyone who was involved to be taken down.

If you read the EO there is mention of US citizens who illegally sell US assets out of the country. Possibly the Clinton foundation, Obama, Holder, Kerry and many others. It has been reported that Obama has retained “high-profile” counsel.

Time will tell. A concern on this is what is to keep the US from just taking corporations much like Venezuela does by simply naming them a corrupt criminal? Also…we haven’t declared a war via Congress since WWII.

There is an old Chinese curse; “May you live in interesting times.” Things are certainly getting interesting.

Media Nothingburgers

Sometimes what comes from the media would be amusing if it weren’t such an obvious attempt at manipulation of the public through intentional disinformation.

Sometimes what comes from the media would be amusing if it weren’t such an obvious attempt at manipulation of the public through intentional disinformation.

Take, for example, the, (identical), screaming headlines from the “New York Times” and “Washington Post”;

“Trump Ordered Mueller Fired, but Backed Off When White House Counsel Threatened to Quit”

The story is based upon four, (un-named, as usual), sources that when examined degrades into absolute silliness and blatant false reporting trying to paint Special Counsel Robert Mueller, (he of the “Russia Collusion” investigation), as the good guy in the white hat doing battle with the villain in the “White House”.

Unfortunately, there is historical precedent for this, there is even a term for it; “Agitprop”

Agitprop: a combination of the words “agitation” and “propaganda”. It is political propaganda, especially the communist propaganda used in Soviet Russia, that is spread to the general public through popular media such as literature, plays, pamphlets, films, and other art forms with an explicitly political message.

The term originated in Soviet Russia as a shortened name for the Department for Agitation and Propaganda, which was part of the central and regional committees of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. The department was later renamed Ideological Department. Typically Russian agitprop explained the policies of the Communist Party and persuaded the general public to share its values and goals.

Soviet Russia had two main newspapers, Pravda and Izvestia. Pravda, which means “Truth”, was the official voice of the Communist Party and Izvestia, which means “News”, was the Official voice of the Soviet Government.

There was also agitprop theater, a highly politicized left-wing theater that originated in 1920s Europe and spread to the United States.

Today we seem to have our own home-grown equivalents; “The New York Times”, (Pravda), and the “Washington Post”, (Izvestia) in print and CNN and MSNBC taking the place of agitprop theater.

Russian agitprop theater was noted for its cardboard characters of perfect virtue and complete evil, and its coarse ridicule. Pretty much the same for our own home-grown broadcast agitprop theater.

One of the running jokes throughout most of the Soviet dominion over Russia was this assessment of the two newspapers by the non-Communist citizenry: “There is no Pravda in Izvestia, and there is no Izvestia in Pravda” or in English “There is no truth in News, and there is no news in Truth.” But this was said carefully and to people who would not report you to the Central Committee.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.
