Enemy of the People

There has never been a time in the last century when enemy propaganda wasn’t on the front pages of the major newspapers of America.

Its fake news

Is the media really the enemy of the American people? Let’s tackle the question objectively.

Enemies hate you and want to destroy you. Do the New York Times, the Washington Post, CNN, CBS, and the whole alphabet soup of organizations with corporate headquarters in major cities really want to destroy the people who watch their programs, buy their papers and serve them soup after hours?

It seems implausible. But so did the Communists of the Khmer Rouge shooting everyone who wore glasses. Or North Korea’s multi-generational concentration camps, Nazi Germany diverting crucial resources from the war effort to kill Jews, or Venezuela shipping oil to Cuba while its people starve.

Plausibility is a poor measure of what fanatical ideologues might do. Let’s start with what they do, do.

While Jim Acosta was demanding a retraction for being called an “enemy of the people”, the media had thrown every effort into opening the border. The American people are defined by their physical possession of the territory. And that territory and its possession is defined and measured by a border.

You can’t advocate the destruction of the American people and then object to being called their enemy.

Without a border, there is no America and no American people. The territories formerly known as the United States fill up with various peoples who claim the entitlements of citizenship but not its responsibilities, whose identity is not of their current country of residency, but of their country of birth.

You don’t need to be an American to watch CNN, MSNBC or serve soup to one of their reporters. They would rather you weren’t. That’s what replacing Americans with cheap labor and cheap votes is about.

The media’s first allegiance is to the left. Not to America. Its people are not Americans. They’re leftists. The politics of the left are geared at replacing Americans with leftists through a combination of indoctrination, demographic replacement, economic warfare and voter suppression.

Destroying the American people would be an act worthy of an “enemy of the people”.

The media is offended by being referred to as the “enemy of the people”. But does it believe that the American people have the right to exist and maintain their existence? And if so, on what terms?

The media has opposed every war that against Communism or Islamism that the United States has fought. It has sought to undermine our country and our soldiers in these conflicts on various pretexts.

The media has covered up numerous acts of violence by Islamic terrorists. It has sided with Islamic terror networks such as the Muslim Brotherhood. It has urged our government to arm Islamic terrorists. It has supported Iran’s push for a nuclear bomb. It has spread disinformation about the links between Islamic terrorists and their domestic support networks. It has worked to silence law enforcement and intelligence officials who attempted to warn about the threat of Islamic terrorism.

If the Muslim Brotherhood controlled the media, would the news look any different than it does now?

This isn’t a shocking new development. The media repeatedly sided with Communist nations, guerrillas, spies, terrorists and superpowers against our own government. It covered up atrocities by the Soviet Union, glamorized Communist spies, urged that we arm and aid Communist nations, and undermined allied governments, and even our own government and its soldiers when they fought Communism.

There has never been a time in the last century when enemy propaganda wasn’t on the front pages of the major newspapers of America. After the fall of the USSR, the media traded the red for the green. Its collusion with the Islamic conspiracy is a sequel to its collusion with the Communist conspiracy.

Is this the behavior of an American institution or an enemy institution out to destroy America?

Turning the tables

remember that it is the GOVERNMENT that actually stole your wages from you first, while you DID NOTHING.

Rules for radicals

“We now live in a nation where doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, universities destroy knowledge, governments destroy freedom, the press destroys information, religion destroys morals, and our banks destroy the economy.” And how is this accomplished? By the global elite’s use of police that have pledged to “protect and serve” but instead “oppress and terrorize.” – Chris Hedges

Everything the State says is a lie, and everything it has it has stolen – Friedrich Nietzsche

Lord save us from the spineless, witless partisans destroying this nation, and smite them from the face of the land – Warrior King

If I were to categorize myself, it would be as a conservative libertarian constitutional Christian – by no means a bleed/bleat-ing heart liberal.

Having declared that, I have sharp feelings regarding social support services. We have allowed the government to create almost a monopoly on charitable organizations, by virtue of taxing people beyond what our Founders intended, resulting in people having less income to donate to churches or support extended family. We have sat back, happy to let the government expand. There was a time when people would have considered it serfdom to be taxed even 2% of their wages.

The fruits of our labor are pillaged to pay for infanticide, land theft and regulation, godless and empty education, and even persecution of those who believe in the same divine providence that guided the creation of our country.

So for those who find themselves needing more private banking cartel IOU’s to exist in this system, if they still have scruples and classic values and yet end up using TANF, EBT, WIC, food banks, etc – GOOD. BLEED THE BEAST. Let them get as much back from the corrupt system as they can. And while you may squawk that such a person is “paying for stuff with other people’s money” – remember that it is the GOVERNMENT that actually stole your wages from you first, while you DID NOTHING.

“Revolutions start when food is unavailable, or too costly for poor people to get. One of the reasons the “Arab Spring” happened was due to a massive, over 200 percent rise in the cost of bread in Tunisa. The French Revolution was triggered by bread shortages due to an Icelandic Volcano eruption in 1783. The Russian revolution was triggered by bread shortages and the riots they caused.“

The signs of the times

Think back to where we were less than two years ago. Think back over what has changed since then. Think back over the actions and desires of those who would undo the recent past.

collapsing building

The easiest way to understand what is about to happen to the country is to look into history.

What is civilization?

Civilization is a large group of people that creates unique and substantial cultural, political, artistic, economic, and military prowess. Its primary core of definition is a cohesive nature amongst the citizenry that has a universal and continual nature that can be defined and typically is associated universally amongst outsiders.

What are the signs that it is on the path to decline and death?

1: Decentralized power.
2: Re-regionalization.
3: A distinct class-based separation of civilian life that becomes more intense and separate.
4: A distinct action by higher classes to separate and hoard resources and to “clan up” into groups.
5: A fortifying of gentry classes to defend themselves from the hordes of the poor.
6: Massive increase in military actions (typically to conquer other nation’s resources).
7: Depletion of nation’s monetary reserves.
8: Evermore elaborate and grandiose civil projects to deflect attention from the lower classes.

1: Decentralized power.
This simply is when the centralized government no longer has the ability and even desire to try and enforce overall rule. This however is not typically the only or first move. This is usually found after many decades of decline in power. But usually marked by the obtuse and blatant disregard for centralized law and a disregard for the rule of law in general.

2: Re-regionalization.
Though not found in every collapse of civilized societies, the re-regionalization is usually a result of or is a part of the de-centralization aspect. This is usually the local answer for the breakdown in the rule of law. It usually leads to unusual and regionally specific laws and actions. This causes an aggregation of the larger society and the eventual collapse of it.

3: A distinct class-based separation of civilian life that becomes more intense and separate.
Laws on the books currently including assaults on the Second Amendment, the Affordable Care Act, American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, etc, causes a separation of resources and a form of rationing that gives the lion’s share of the resources and societal luxuries to the gentry classes. This is usually something that is a result of the awareness of the gentry class that the overall health of a nation is in severe decline. This is basically the rich’s Cover Your Ass actions.

4: A distinct action by higher classes to separate and hoard resources and to “clan up” into groups.
Events along these lines have been happening for some time in the US and other nations. This includes creating laws that give special and preferential treatment to certain groups over others. Usually on a class type system the lower classes take the brunt of the negative and slowly the process erodes upward until the upper classes are either fully separated out and hidden from the populace at large, or worse for them, taken by the poorer classes and they are destroyed. Currently, the US is at the point where the upper classes are staging their positions (gaming their place) to protect themselves from this collapse.
The ACA is a prime example of this type of action where healthcare is rationed and controlled to an extent that precludes most lower classes.

5: A fortifying of gentry classes to defend themselves from the hordes of the poor.
Much like the “lower classes” that saw the writing on the wall years ago, many of the upper classes are moving to protect themselves from collapse and even set up industries for profit after such collapse. This includes hoarding of land. Moving to get public resources into private hands of just a few.
(Hello Bundy and Koch Bro. Supporters. This is where the right has useful idiots within their own ranks.)
This is the REAL motivation for the State’s Rights/State and Federal Land push. Trust me folks, the real motivation is pure money.
6: Massive increase in military actions (typically to conquer other nation’s resources).
This is self-explanatory but with an unusual exception. Typically, in the past, resources (usually food and water/land) but now oil and other mineral resources are invaded as in the case of Iraq, and then handed back over to some degree to the country invaded. (I say some degree because there are in fact contractual obligations that the Iranians have toward the US involving oil.) The Shaw was installed by the CIA and the handover of the land rights in Iran was then given to large corporations.
What is happening at this moment however is a call to invade or cause other military actions for “freedom” sake. But read between the lines on this.

7: Depletion of nation’s monetary reserves.
Done and done in the US. We have been working on fiat monetary policies for over 50 years now and its showing. This was one the primary causes for the collapse of the Western Roman Empire. Not the only reason but a huge player. The US is now engaged in a system of monetary spending and creation on a level never seen before and well beyond the tipping point. The only reason why we have not seen a larger collapse is the constant printing of money. These actions usually to the afore mentioned de-centralization as monies needed to repair infrastructure and feed people are used for everything else.

8: Evermore elaborate and grandiose civil projects to deflect attention from the lower classes.
This is a huge red flag. The intent is diversion from the problems the government is involved with. When this point is reached, usually the nation’s reserves are depleted. The intent is to put focus on projects for two primary reasons.
A: diversion as mentioned.
B: A false hope by leaders to make the leadership look omni-potent and therefore rule is absolute.

Not every point will occur or in the order listed.

There are also ‘red flags” to when the situation is starting to deteriorate.

Some of them happen in most collapses, some only a few.
The list is not all complete, nor in order.

1: Government increasingly turns on the populace.
this is one of the most obvious and well known. It also one of the biggest of all. The government at this point usually is starting to lose control of things within their power. Usually this is a point where interests of the multi-layers of a society collide.

2: Government increases taxation to disproportional levels. This one again is on the obvious list and is also one of the biggies. At this stage the government can no longer support the system they established with the money they have. Multiple times in history one of two things start to occur. Debasing of money, or working within a complete Fiat system. France was one of the best examples of this. During the revolution, the constant printing of money led to some of the most vicious aspects of the revolution and until the money press was actually destroyed, stability in the country was none existent.

3: Use of military force outside borders. This is usually a tactic for one of two purposes. To either deflect attention outside of the home problems, or to put military to work to garnish resources outside of the current control. The latter was typical in times past. The use as a deflection is also waning in contemporary times.

4: Blatant monetary theft by government revenue systems and schemes.
This is more inline with a based currency system, which is why this wont make much of a blip on the US. The reason is because the US is totally on a Fiat system. Thus, money can be printed at will. Because of this, the money in the savings and other sources have no0 real value. The government simply prints more.

5: use of military inside borders.
in those states where the government has a separate police from military, this is a huge red flag. In states where there is no real separation, it is less obvious. But the use of the military to control civilian activity grows. Usually the military is acting under the supposition that the police are overwhelmed, and/or the local resources are too heavily taxed. Usually propaganda is used to keep people thinking that its a good thing.

6: Resources becomes harder to acquire and maintain.
Though the US has not yet reached this level, the warning signs are already there. Food delivery is being reconfigured by private industry for the purpose of cost reductions. Which in turn are the result of government policy. particularly food distribution shows the signs when food is no longer readily available. When farmers who produce are forced by the rule of law to be prohibited from engaging in distribution, usually through regulatory schemes, the availability of food suddenly becomes more direct. usually the Gov. will discourage growing food on one’s own, because this destabilizes the governments perception even more so. Venezuela is a prime example.

At this point, food is used as a weapon of power.

7: Erroneous arrests and “disappeared” persons.

This is a notorious sign of failing governments. Usually tyrannies. Governments that not only turn on the people, but actively engage in opposition sequestering and or political assassinations area key sign that the collapse is immanent. Argentina was an example of where a ruling government made such situation occur frequently and was a powerful tool to keeping power. This sign in a government that previously was benign shows that its power is in severe jeopardy.

8: Rigged Elections:

Usually one of tyrannies, a rigged election is designed to keep powers in power. usually, these come before the loss of power but acts as a fueling agent for it. Eventually, the rigged elections are what brings to power the middle and late extents of the power base.
Benign governments that engage in such elections typically will die faster because the intent is to supersede power to a small select few. This stage usually is proceeded with monetary issues, and infrastructural collapse.

9: infrastructural collapse.
Usually indicated with a loss of maintenance in public works including water delivery, sewage disposal, road maintenance, bridge problems, public buildings, and a turn to letting such deplete while giving preferential treatment to those areas of more affluence.
Taxes by this point are usually going outside of what is affordable for the populace.

The key ingredient that makes a collapse inevitable is a self-absorbed, ignorant, complacent, and entitled populace. One that is hyper focused on contrived differences — race, gender, ethnicity, income distribution, etc. And one easily led to false conclusions based on feelings, wants and needs rather than on reason, logic, and analysis.

Think back to where we were less than two years ago. Think back over what has changed since then. Think back over the actions and desires of those who would undo the recent past.

There is a mid-term election coming shortly. Before you decide how to vote, think back.

Come now, and let us reason together

The history of the 20th century teaches––you can’t educate or reason someone out of his passionate delusions.

Cain and Abel

U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley recently told a high school audience that conservatives shouldn’t delight in “owning the libs” –– i.e. triggering a progressive into a hysterical response that you proceed to make fun of. Instead, we should be “persuading” progs with reasoned argument and “bringing people around to your point of view,” as Haley said.

In that way, we make a convert rather than energize partisans into clinging more tightly to their beliefs and voting to empower them.

I am skeptical about the power of reasoned argument among today’s ill-educated students. Most of their teachers, like most progressives, are pretty much immune to reason, evidence, and coherent argument, little of which makes it into their courses. As the old gag goes, arguing with a leftist is like playing chess with a pigeon: It knocks over the pieces, craps on the board, then struts around like it won the game.

The assumption behind Haley’s plea is the old Socratic one that virtue is knowledge, that if one knows the good, one will do the good––one of the foundational bad ideas of modernity. When people believe wrong or dangerous ideas, the paradigm goes, that’s because they’re deficient in knowledge. They just need to be better informed of the facts, and better trained to spot incoherent and fallacious arguments.

The rebuttal of this claim was made by Socrates’ contemporary Euripides, whose sex-maddened character Phaedra says in a moment of lucidity, “We know the good and recognize it, but we cannot do it.”

This faith in reason to sort out the true and the good from mere opinions drives much of our culture. Fooled by the success of science and technology in understanding and manipulating the natural world, we naively think that we can do the same for the human and social world, that we can manufacture Stalin’s “engineers of the soul” and create utopia. Yet for two hundred years the power of irrational, destructive passions and impulses has spattered the pages of history with blood.

The history of modernity is crammed with other examples of the futility of reasoned persuasion and argument in the face of the passionate beliefs spawned by modern political religions. Actually, “cults” is a better word, for most religions accept a transcendent reality, while a cult is a human creation. And what is more cult-like than the level of irrationality we have witnessed since Donald Trump won the election? It does not bespeak a coherent, well-reasoned dissent, but the hysterical anger of those whose passionate beliefs and justifying ideologies have been attacked. And since for the left “the personal is the political,” challenging their beliefs is a challenge not just to their ideals, but to their very being, a wound to their identity, to what makes them the kind of superior person they imagine themselves to be. In the absence of faith in the transcendent, these ideologies that promise the better world of social justice also provide, as baptism once did, the sign of one’s salvation.

We also have to remember that the beliefs, ideas, and fake history embraced by the progressive cult have been drilled into students from kindergarten to university, and reinforced in popular and highbrow culture alike. They now comprise the unthinking default belief system one never questions, any more than one questions the heliocentric planetary system. And if some heretic does question them, the faithful will unite in condemning and ostracizing him, the way cults like Scientology do. Like Popper’s young Nazi, they don’t want to debate and reason together and search for the truth. They want to shut you up.

All things change with time and circumstance. We cannot become complacent, for, like rust, the lust for power never sleeps. Any number of events could end our rich, comfortable existence, and bring our characters to the level of our circumstances. Under the iron necessity of want and fear, people could find the will to serious violence that they currently lack.

The history of the 20th century teaches––you can’t educate or reason someone out of his passionate delusions. We dispense with the wisdom of experience and common sense that guided our ancestors, whose foolishness exacted a fearsome price at our own peril. No activists on the left today pay a price for their patent nonsense and counterfactual bluster and glaring hypocrisy.

Telling conservatives that they should go forth and “persuade” leftist to change their minds is a fool’s errand. Arguments didn’t keep Socrates from being executed by an Athenian jury, and conservatives are unlikely to change many minds among evangelical progressives. In the rough and tumble of the democratic public square, scorn, satire, and humiliation are often more effective than well-reasoned arguments.

That’s what made Aristophanes a much better politician than Socrates. He understood that democratic politics, in the end, is not about reason, but motivating voters to pick the better policy. And the best way to accomplish that is to reduce political rivals to objects of the ridicule their ideas deserve.

Blowin’ in the wind

18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious conspiracy

Sedition

Fellow Patriots:
What you are about to learn should not only scare you, but intensify your resolve to take back control

18 U.S. Code § 2384 – Seditious conspiracy

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

(June 25, 1948, ch. 645, 62 Stat. 808; July 24, 1956, ch. 678, § 1, 70 Stat. 623; Pub. L. 103–322, title XXXIII, § 330016(1)(N), Sept. 13, 1994, 108 Stat. 2148.)

Social Security History Lesson

Actions speak louder than bumper stickers.

social security card

I received this in an email and fact checked it. You may find it interesting.

HISTORY LESSON ON YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD

Just in case some of you young whippersnappers (& some older ones) didn’t know this. It’s easy to check out, if you don’t believe it. Be sure and show it to your family and friends. They need a little history lesson on what’s what and it doesn’t matter whether you are Democrat or Republican. Facts are Facts.

Social Security Cards up until the 1980s expressly stated the number and card were not to be used for identification purposes.

Since nearly everyone in the United States now has a number, it became convenient to use it anyway and the NOT FOR IDENTIFICATION message was removed.

Franklin Roosevelt, a Democrat, introduced the Social Security (FICA) Program. His promises are in black, with updates in red.

1.) That participation in the Program would be Completely voluntary [No longer voluntary],

2.) That the participants would only have to pay 1% of the first $1,400 of their annual Incomes into the Program [Now 7.65% on the first $90,000, and 15% on the first $90,000 if you’re self-employed],

3.) That the money the participants elected to put into the Program would be deductible from their income for tax purposes each year [No longer tax deductible],

4.) That the money the participants put into the independent ‘Trust Fund’ rather than into the general operating fund, and therefore, would only be used to fund the Social Security Retirement Program, and no other Government program [Under Johnson the money was moved to the General Fund and Spent], and

5.) That the annuity payments to the retirees would never be taxed as income [Under Clinton & Gore up to 85% of your Social Security can be Taxed].

Since many of us have paid into FICA for years and are now receiving a Social Security check every month — and then finding that we are getting taxed on 85% of the money we paid to the Federal government to ‘put away’ — you may be interested in the following:

Q: Which Political Party took Social Security from the independent ‘Trust Fund’ and put it into the general fund so that Congress could spend it?

A: It was Lyndon Johnson and the democratically controlled House and Senate.

Q: Which Political Party eliminated the income tax deduction for Social Security (FICA) withholding?

A: The Democratic Party.

Q: Which Political Party started taxing Social Security annuities?

A: The Democratic Party, with Al Gore casting the ‘tie-breaking’ deciding vote as President of the Senate, while he was Vice President of the US

AND MY FAVORITE:

Q: Which Political Party decided to start giving annuity payments to immigrants?

A: That’s right! Jimmy Carter and the Democratic Party. Immigrants moved into this country, and at age 65, began to receive Social Security payments! The Democratic Party gave these payments to them, even though they never paid a dime into it!

Now, after violating the original contract (FICA), the Democrats turn around and tell you that the Republicans want to take your Social Security away!

And the worst part about it is uninformed citizens believe it! If enough people receive this, maybe a seed of awareness will be planted and maybe changes will evolve. Maybe not, though. Some Democrats are awfully sure of what isn’t so — but it’s worth a try. How many people can YOU send this to?

Actions speak louder than bumper stickers.

Bless Beasts and the Children

Usually families of victims show up in support of POTUS after the crimes committed against their loved ones, why is it not the same here?

Bless the Beasts and the children

Whats going on in Iowa? The case of Molly Tibbetts has drawn new attention to the hundreds of other Iowans on the state Division of Criminal Investigation’s missing persons list. Among juveniles, girls are more likely to disappear than boys.

Race also plays a role: Black people make up a disproportionate amount of the missing persons list compared to the overall population of Iowa, especially among those 18 or younger.

What is under reported if reported at all is the activity of MS13 in Iowa.

The Mara Salvatrucha, or MS13, is perhaps the most notorious street gang in the Western Hemisphere. While it has its origins in the poor, refugee-laden neighborhoods of 1980s Los Angeles, the gang’s reach now extends from Central American nations like El Salvador and through Mexico, the United States and Canada. They rob, extort and bully their way into neighborhoods and have gradually turned to transnational crimes such as human smuggling and drug trafficking.

Drawn by the tens of thousands of Central American migrants seeking illicit passage through Mexico to the United States, the MS13 has developed into one of the foremost players in the nation’s thriving human trafficking industry.

MS13 provides crucial manpower for the foreign organizations, helping gangs like the Zetas and the Sinaloa Cartel sell drugs in the local market, intimidate rivals, and carry out executions.

It has been rumored that MS-13 members were used in the alleged Seth Rich’s hit. What a clean, disposable tactic if true. Undocumented, disposable foot-soldier patsies.

There are at least 30,000 children living in orphanages in Haiti. It is a staggering number for a country of 10 million people, but perhaps even more shocking, most of them are not orphans. According to a report  an estimated $100-million a year is being donated to orphanages in Haiti by church groups and non-profits, mostly in the United States.

In the worst cases there are cases of child sexual exploitation and human trafficking inside Haiti’s orphanages. It is reported that here too, there is an MS13 connection.

Do you guys ever wonder why the story of Molly Tibbett’s disappearance made such wide spread news when there are thousands of missing people and children happening just about every day? What is it that makes one disappearance stand out in the media above all the others that are happening and never mentioned?

Robert Tibbetts, (father of Molly Tibbetts) worked as a marketing director at the architectural firm that constructed the William Jefferson Clinton Children’s Center in Haiti.

Federal authorities said Rivera provided falsified employment documents and was in the country illegally from Mexico, prompting Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds and President Donald Trump to ridicule what they see as Democrat-led weakness on immigration policies.

But at Mollie’s funeral, father Rob Tibbetts highlighted how “grateful” he was to the Hispanic members of the Iowa community who were incredibly helpful during the search. “The Hispanic community are Iowans. They have the same values as Iowans,” he said, emphasizing family. “As far as I’m concerned, they’re Iowans with better food.”

Sam Lucas, who CNN confirmed as one of Tibbetts’s cousins posted on Twitter; “[H]ey i’m a member of Mollie’s family and we are not so f***ing small-minded that we generalize a whole population based on some bad individuals.”

Usually families of victims show up in support of POTUS after the crimes committed against their loved ones, why is it not the same here?

Coincidence?

The Spy That Came in From the Golden Gate

Diane Feinstein hires her Chinese spy driver in or about the year 2000. In 2013, she pushes through legislation to halt gold mining and mineral mining in America. Her husband then became the biggest American importer of Chinese minerals.

Feinstein spy

The fact that Senator Diane Feinstein’s long-term driver/staff member was, in fact, a spy for the People’s Republic of China has mysteriously disappeared from the news.

So, let me see if I have a good handle on the timeline here:

1. China is given access to Hillary Rodham Clinton’s server, correlating with the death/disappearance of an estimated two dozen CIA assets in China.

Also, China is granted contracts to produce components for American military planes, which have been crashing regularly over the past two years.

(Apparently this is not the first time Senator Feinstein has been associated with suspicious dealings …

It just so happens that her husband has benefited financially from contracting with the U.S. military.

2. Diane Feinstein hires her Chinese spy driver in or about the year 2000. In 2013, she pushes through legislation to halt gold mining and mineral mining in America. Her husband then became the biggest American importer of Chinese minerals.

Simultaneously, she pushes through legislation to award $25 billion of taxpayer money to a government agency that had just awarded her husband a ridiculously lucrative contract to sell foreclosed homes at higher than industry norm prices.

(Source: Washington Times: “On the day the new Congress convened, Sen. Dianne Feinstein introduced legislation to route $25 billion in taxpayer money to a government agency that had just awarded her husband’s real estate firm a lucrative contract to sell foreclosed properties at compensation rates higher than the industry norms.” “Documents reviewed by The Washington Times show Mrs. Feinstein first offered Oct. 30 to help the FDIC secure money for its effort to stem the rise of home foreclosures. Her letter was sent just days before the agency determined that CB Richard Ellis Group (CBRE) – the commercial real estate firm that her husband Richard Blum heads as board chairman – had won the competitive bidding for a contract to sell foreclosed properties that FDIC had inherited from failed banks.”)

3. China has been encouraging its men to marry into African communities, particularly in South Africa. These same countries have suddenly been hit with reparation fever and have begun forcibly stealing land from Boer farmers. Coincidentally, Africa has huge amounts of untapped mineral wealth and little to no regulation on how its mined.

Is may be just me, but has China infiltrated the American government, put the American military at risk by manufacturing faulty parts, cornered the gold and minerals market to potentially try to control our economy, and set in motion a plan for the largest land and resource grab in human history? And were they  aided and abetted by treasonous American politicians who got rich by selling out our country?

You decide.

Executive Order 11110

With the stroke of a pen, Mr. Kennedy was on his way to putting the Federal Reserve Bank out of business.

JFK-1110

Executive Order 11110 AMENDMENT OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10289

AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN FUNCTIONS AFFECTING THE DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY

By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 301 of title 3 of the United States Code, it is ordered as follows:

Section 1. Executive Order No. 10289 of September 19, 1951, as amended, is hereby further amended-

By adding at the end of paragraph 1 thereof the following subparagraph (j):

(j) The authority vested in the President by paragraph (b) of section 43 of the Act of May 12,1933, as amended (31 U.S.C.821(b)), to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury not then held for redemption of any outstanding silver certificates, to prescribe the denomination of such silver certificates, and to coin standard silver dollars and subsidiary silver currency for their redemption

and —

By revoking subparagraphs (b) and (c) of paragraph 2 thereof.

Sec. 2. The amendments made by this Order shall not affect any act done, or any right accruing or accrued or any suit or proceeding had or commenced in any civil or criminal cause prior to the date of this Order but all such liabilities shall continue and may be enforced as if said amendments had not been made.

John F. Kennedy The White House, June 4, 1963.

On June 4, 1963, a little known attempt was made to strip the Federal Reserve Bank of its power to loan money to the government at interest. On that day President John F. Kennedy signed Executive Order No. 11110 that returned to the U.S. government the power to issue currency, without going through the Federal Reserve. Mr. Kennedy’s order gave the Treasury the power “to issue silver certificates against any silver bullion, silver, or standard silver dollars in the Treasury.” This meant that for every ounce of silver in the U.S. Treasury’s vault, the government could introduce new money into circulation. In all, Kennedy brought nearly $4.3 billion in U.S. notes into circulation. The ramifications of this bill are enormous.

With the stroke of a pen, Mr. Kennedy was on his way to putting the Federal Reserve Bank out of business. If enough of these silver certificates were to come into circulation they would have eliminated the demand for Federal Reserve notes. This is because the silver certificates are backed by silver and the Federal Reserve notes are not backed by anything. Executive Order 11110 could have prevented the national debt from reaching its current level, because it would have given the government the ability to repay its debt without going to the Federal Reserve and being charged interest in order to create the new money. Executive Order 11110 gave the U.S. the ability to create its own money backed by silver.

After Mr. Kennedy was assassinated just five months later, no more silver certificates were issued. Executive Order 1110 was never repealed by any U.S. President through an Executive Order.

Reblog – Hostis Humani Generis

The Romans had a concept, hostis humani generis, the literal translation being enemy of the human race, or common enemy of all.

Outlaw

This is a reblog from americanpartisan.org

Hostis humani generis (The original meaning of ‘outlaw’)

The Romans had a concept, hostis humani generis, the literal translation being enemy of the human race, or common enemy of all. Cicero spoke of pirates being such in De Officiis, Book III, Ch. XXIX. It’s tied in closely with homo sacer, the legal status of being a person outside the law…or an outlaw.

Under most definitions, which include English common law, certain behaviors were so evil as to place a person outside the limits of civilization. Pirates were almost universally included, as were patrons who committed fraud or broke oaths in Roman times. The person who fell into such a category could be killed by anyone and enjoyed no protection from the sovereign. It was the definition of a Hobbesian existence. Beyond mere banishment, the person was deemed not just a threat to their polis or country, but also a threat to civilization. It was primarily reserved for behavior in those societies that was so beyond the pale and contra to their legal and social norms as to be a direct assault on the very foundation of the society.

It was, in fact, an exceptionally good response to the problem of that class of people who cannot be allowed to continue their behavior.

One of the fundamental misunderstandings most Americans suffer from is the actual praxis of evil.

The very nature of evil is the eradication of good, for the very existence of anything that is good and right is an indictment against that which is not.

None of the examples of evil we conjure up from the last century were an accident. Rather, they were the result of seemingly innocuous and often times superficially good ideas or people. In hindsight one can point to the one degree of separation in the ideology and what grew out of that small difference.

Like good, evil bears fruit. We have this mythos in America and Europe about genocide and other human tragedies as if they were political lightning strikes and a combination of unlucky circumstance, rather than an inevitability. Perhaps it is the fact we haven’t experienced true evil up close and personal on a mass scale.

The US has been largely shaded from things like the Holdomore or Armenian genocide. It is entirely different experiences watching a documentary on an event versus living through it or having oral history passed down from family members.

Much of the naïveté in our society is precisely because we have been so sheltered from the fruits of evil. To us it is this theoretical concept with horns and child sacrifice and very rarely is there ever any portrayal of it in its infancy when it is candy coated and palatable.

The Romans, specifically the true statesmen of the Empire, recognized the insatiable appetite and virility of evil behavior when left unchecked. In keeping with our humanist roots and strong individualist leanings, the US elected to take the ‘wretched refuse of your teeming shore’ and simply redefine evil as someone’s opinion. History seems to clearly favor one position over the other.

The misunderstanding of many on the right is that those espousing evil principles can be trusted to ‘live and let live.’

I hear this often by decent people, and while on its surface it speaks to their desire to avoid conflict, it also betrays a lack of understanding about what they are confronting.

Live and let live is merely an opportunity for evil to retreat and regroup.

Most of us have had a steady diet of postmodernist thought fed to us since birth, boomers included. Whether through popular culture or higher education we have been inculcated with the idea that good and evil have this give and take relationship.

To add to the muddling of the waters we also have fully embraced a relativistic moral code, on both sides of the political and social spectrums.

One of the primary reasons for the success evil has enjoyed, specifically in the last five decades, is that many of us will refuse to acknowledge the natural result of a person espousing evil ideals and living those out.

Most on the right cannot even agree on a moral standard, and are content with merely rolling back the gaping maw of the hedonistic wasteland we currently live in to the more manageable and morally analgesic one in its infancy from the late 18th century.

The right will continue to lose strategic battles politically and socially until it can establish a unified ideology and that ideology has praxis in the real world.

Lawrence v. Texas happened in 2003 and today a transvestite is running for office for a major political party.

The Trump effect will fade in 2020 or 2024 if the left does absolutely nothing but exist, because the Bill Kristols of the world and the “Constitutional conservatives” will never have the stomach to do anything but beat them back across a line under their self-imposed Marquis of Queensbury rules.

The left will regroup behind that line and then push until a new one is established. We are satisfied with détente until one day you wake up to the inevitable result and history students have to memorize a set of dates and a name associated with your shallow graves.

It’s not a popular sentiment or statement to make, but in the battle between all of recorded human history and your feelings, I’ll take the former every time.
